Gentleman's Comments: This trojan horse starts off with motherhood statements of how they want to spend 2 Billion Pesos on Funding Family Life centers. 2 Billion Pesos for Socialist Government to intrude in our personal lives.
There are no specifics on the IRR of this bill but there are clues:
#1 Foreign aka imperialist aka good for them but not necessarily good for us funders are welcome
#2 Inform / Brainwash all people on "responsible parenthood", all MODERN family planning methods, including Natural Family Planning.
#3 The head / secretary of making the IRR is the head of the Commission on [De]Population.
#4 Explanatory note stresses Philippines is signatory to the Depopulation Conference in Cairo 1994.
#5 Explanatory note ends with, "Scholarly studies have shown that our citizens identify an unmet need for family planning."
Wrong.
2005 TFR Philippine wide is ~ 3 children per woman
2005 TFR Metro Manila is ~ 2 children per woman
and the TFR trend is still going down, down, down.
What unmet family planning (reduction) need is this bill addressing? Nothing.
Another piece of foreign funded junk legislation to contraceptivize Filipinos to oblivion.
