Pro-Abortion CFFC, Claiming to BE Catholic, Launches Ads Contrary to Catholic Teaching
The Pro-Abortion group, Catholics for Free Choice (CFFC), is launching ads on Washington, DC metro rail cars and stations. The ads claim that among Catholics there is “clearly ample support for policies” to deep abortion legal, and that Catholic women have abortions at the same rate as non-Catholics.

52% of Doctors Surveyed Oppose Abortion
A University of Chicago survey interviewed 1,144 doctors across the nation and found that 52% oppose abortion, others would nor refer women for abortion, and some said they felt it legitimate to withhold information about abortion for moral reasons. This is reported to the first comprehensive survey of moral attitudes of physicians.

Washington, DC () -- Pro-life groups are celebrating the defeat of an amendment to a lobbying reform bill that would limit their free speech rights and those of their members. They said the amendment targeted would have hurt their efforts to tell private citizens about what is occurring in Congress.
