Pro-life New Year’s Message

28 December 2017

Dear friends,

We shall be facing greater challenges as lovers of life and family come 2018. But this time we will no longer be on the defense. We shall uphold and promote life as a fundamental philosophy of our faith and the primordial principle of our own humanity. We shall endeavor our brethren to love life as a way of life. We shall promote a lifestyle that embraces the culture of life among the masses of our people and likewise encourage everyone to restore our love for family and regain our respect for traditional family. We shall do this mindful that the survival of the Filipino society rest upon our conviction on and commitment to the sanctity of life and its transmission through the unitive and procreative purposes of marriage and family.

We are encouraging everyone to share in this passion and mission. We are likewise calling on everybody to engage in the promotion of this new found desire to create a groundswell and win the war for our faith and humanity against those who wish to destroy the future of human life and humanity as a whole.

As in the past we wish to thank you for all the support that you have extended and the time and resources that you have shared with Pro-life Philippines Foundation, Inc.

We are certain that you will not waver on this and will continue our love for life and family.

Maraming salamat po at Mabuhay ang isang Bagong Taong Masagna at Mapayapa.

Sincerely in Christ,

President, Pro-life Philippines

Please feel free to share and inform our brethren with the services Prolife will continue to extend. Thank you.

  1. Education and Training (EDTRA)

Teen Sexuality Seminars on love, sex, dating and marriage in the context of adult responsibility; Seminars, workshops, retreats and other activities that enhance and enrich CLE, Araling Panlipunan and Science classes in High School, and Ethics, Philosophy, Sociology and Theology courses in the tertiary level;

Training for lay leaders, parents, teachers, students and religious in schools, parishes and other organizations to provide them with up-to-date information on life issues, with emphasis on their moral, psycho-spiritual and social implications.

  1. Research, Information, Organizing, Networking, Advocacy (RIONA)

Pro-Life Philippines maintains a well-organized Research/Library Resource Center where  films, videos, slides, books, hand-outs, magazines, campaign materials and other reading resources for reference and research are made available.

  1. Counseling Services

We share a personal and creative partnership with God in our physical, as well as spiritual, being.  A gentle consideration of women’s needs (as well as other youth’s and men’s) brings to light a response to the never-ending call of caring, accompanying, and loving.  Pro-Life counselors and life coaches recognize the hurts and pains of the human person that pants for thirst and yearns for healing.

Counseling services for women in need of help in dealing with crisis pregnancies are provided by Prolife Philippines licensed counselors and life coaches using the telephone, cell phone, and seeking appointments for face-to-face counseling.  Records of counseling-compassionate cases are kept confidential.
