    Salamat for this very informative data. Hope an insight why our lawmakers were not able to vote be given also. I heard they were coerced not to vote by some Pinoy cabinet members who were in the house during the voting. Parang abuse of authority yon diba? Unethical. But the media made no mention of it. Will be alternative media who were there tell us what really happened?
