As youth groups are primary target participants/ beneficiaries of Pro-Life Philippines’ objectives, Teen Sexuality Seminars on love, sex, dating and marriage in the context of adult responsibility are part and parcel of the education mission of Pro-Life Philippines Foundation Inc.

In one of the most important education programs, in the last three decades, Pro-life Phil. has encountered numerous teenagers having sexuality-related problems – teen pregnancy, abortion, early marriage and in the end, a ruined future.  Problems stem from ignorance of the real meaning and values of human sexuality.  Thus, a thorough education program is needed.

Pro-life Philippines provides the following:

1. Pro-Life Orientation Seminars – Pro-Life Philippines provide this seminar to foster friendship and camaraderie among the general public by exposing them to the whereabouts of pro-life advocacy and idealisms of culture of life.  It is given to schools, parishes and other civic organizations upon request.

2. Pro-Life Lecture Series - this is a seminar series conducted by Pro-Life Philippines monthly.  Topics are selected at the beginning of the year and lecturers are invited to share their expertise.  We send invitations to schools, parishes and other civic organizations.

3. Teen Sexuality Teachers Training Seminars – this training is one of the most important education programs Pro-Life Philippines. It’s a three day seminar given every month of May to enhance the skills and knowledge of the service providers and form trainers on family and life values from various dioceses and schools.

4. Module Development – Pro-Life Philippines continuously developing teaching modules oriented to inculcating pro-life values in sync with the Catholic Church’s teaching. The Green Manual (Learning to Live and Love) are being promoted and specifically use at the Teen Sexuality Teachers Training Seminar.

5. Pro-Life Lectures & Seminars – Pro-Life Philippines give lectures by request. We provide pool of prolife speakers to give talks to their schools, parishes and other organizations.

For the past 37 years, Pro-Life Philippines have conducted more or less 5,550 seminars to different schools, parishes, and organizations wherein an estimated total number of 720,ooo participants attended.

These seminars and fora cover a wide range of topics, from “Teaching Teens on Teen Sexuality’, the so-called DEATHS bills (Divorce, Euthanasia, Abortion, Total Population Control, Homosexuality and Sex-Education), Parenting and Natural Family Planning education, Pastoral Caring on HIV/ AIDS and other Family and Life – related issues.
